Factory-trained and certified Technical Support Services staff provide expert in-shop Memorex Telex, Visara and Okidata repair service for your printer and other items. Turnaround time is usually three to five days in shop, with further expediting available. We don’t fix everything, only what we sell, so we know the product. We almost always have the needed parts in stock to finish the repair.
For Memorex Telex, Visara and Okidata selected printers and terminals, we offer an advance exchange program where by we send you a refurbished and fully warranted replacement unit. After receiving the Memorex Telex, Visara and Okidata replacement unit, you ship back the defective unit (must be "as failed", complete with no switched parts) using the packaging and paperwork we enclose (with the RMA number on it). THIS SERVICE IS THE FASTEST WAY TO GET UP AND RUNNING AGAIN, and it is often less expensive than on-site service. In addition, you will know up front what your cost will be.

After installation, you send back the defective part ( part must be repairable) with the box and paperwork we provide.
